positive image of Main Street, improving consumer/ investor confidence, while encouraging commercial activity and investment in the town as a whole.

Economic Vitality enhances the
community’s existing economic assets, while diversifying its economic base. Activities include: helping existing
businesses expand, recruiting new businesses, and converting unused space into productive property.

image by enhancing its physical appearance. Activities include creating an inviting atmosphere by beautifying the streetscape and instilling good maintenance practices in our community.
