This is a contract position without benefits. Compensation for fiscal year 2021 is $2,000 a month. Weekly hours vary greatly depending on workload, meetings, fundraising events, etc. The Board of Directors requires work to be performed primarily at the Main Street Office. You must be available to the public at the office a minimum of 20 hours per week (five, four-hour days). Unpaid time off must be arranged in advance with the Chairman of the Board or her designee. Initial contract period is three months, but the contract may be extended from six months to one year following a favorable performance review.
