Continue to Reduce Downtown Vacancy Rate

Tonopah Main Street reached out to the property owners of vacant downtown businesses to ask permission to beautify storefronts and add signage enticing potential renters or buyers to view the property.

We have successfully assisted three property owners in selling their property and two owners in renting their property in 2021.

Our latest murals were painted by artist Jamie Vincek in 2021 on the Tonopah Convention Center and Belvada Hotel.

A 3-D metal cattle drive on the sidewalk handrails was also added in 2021 by Twisted Steel out of Fernley, Nevada.
