 Doing business in Tonopah is easier than ever!

The Tonopah Town Board eliminated some red tape! They voted to NOT enforce the Tonopah Town Business License Ordinance until a permanent decision has been made

 Hotels and motels are still required to obtain a license (at a $0 fee) and have to comply with the transient lodging tax ordinance. All other Federal, State, and County laws are still in effect.
