Tonopah Main Street is dedicated to improving the quality of life and revitalizing the business climate while preserving our unique, historic past. Tonopah Main Street promotes economic growth through the implementation of the Main Street Program’s Four-Point Approach that focuses on Economic Vitality, Design, Promotion, and Organization.
Tonopah Main Street operates under Tonopah Development Corporation (TDC). Established in 2001, TDC is community-based and volunteer-driven. Tonopah Main Street is working to establish strong public and private partnerships, grow its volunteer base, develop a long-term fundraising strategy, and organize/execute local events and projects.

We are always accepting applications to become a board member. Please know that board members are required to commit to attending board meetings once a month (every first Wednesday at 5:15 p.m.) and help with projects (min. 6 hours a month).
